Situated the pictureque county village of Windlesham in Berkshie, this old Country House sits well in its own parkland and lakeside setting backing onto a popular golf course.
At this early stage in the building project – September 2022:
The house is in desperate need of a thorough modern make-over.
Before we start the renovation and building work we need to carry out some major demolition work and gut the whole interior.
Once all the groundwork is complete the building work begins. There are two side extensions to be built, an indoor swimming pool and orangery with extra bedrooms above.
The roof comes off and completely replaced with a re-engineered roof-line to encompass additional accommadation within the loft space.
In the grounds of the property, a huge wall garden is under construction supplied with water from its own well.
The parkland garden is also undergoing a major landscape makeover with plenty of tree planting, flowered garden terraces, ornaite paths connecting the lake and the outer reaches of the parkland.
