House extension builders in Chobham Surrey
Situated in the leafy country back lanes of Chobham, Surrey not far from Sunningdale Berkshire, this early 20th century family farm house has undergone extensive building works and thorough refurbishment.
Front of house, we moved the front door and entrance hall to create a lounge and music room adjoined to and intimate dining room. A new front door. porchway and entrance hall to the side, replaced the old kitchen / utility area. Entrance hall provides access to cloakroom, boot room and laundry room which, are also accessible from front side courtyard.
There is a large ground floor extension to the rear of the property. The extension houses the open plan bespoke kitchen / diner and family daily lounge area with bi-fold doors to the garden. From here you can access a kids snug and study plus, utility room. All external brickwork, roof and clading tiles matched perfectly with a mixture of new and reclaimed materials.
Additional building works included new high spec windows, re-wiring, plumbing and heating upgrades, loftspace conversion, new bathrooms and the addition of en-suites to some bedrooms plus decorating.
The family were in for Christmas although some work is yet to be completed inside and out, in the new year.
