January 16. 2026 – House extension and full refurbishment
Work began on this project towards the end of last year.
This building project is the third property we engaged on for one of our many loyal customers.
At this stage we’ve built two side extensions left and right hand of the house as well as a two story extention across the rear and a seperate ground floor extension to the kitchen.
Inside the house
We gutted the whole interior, demolished walls and installed huge steel support beams (RSJ) throughout the ground flooor.
And now all the internal alterations made to the layout, the first fix electrics installed upstairs we can start plastering and begin plumbing the bathrooms / ensuites etc.

The build schedule expected to complete project by May 2026.
June 2024 – Country house renovation
We are almost finished after approximately two years of extensive demolition, building work and meticulous restoration work by highly skilled trades.
The indoor swimming pool is coming along nicely !
Finishing touches to cosmetics, decor and building work continue.
Driveway and courtyard, a work in progress.
The grounds are looking superb !
