This property was a four bedroom family home, situated in a quiet private estate on the boarder of Chobham and Sunningdale.

We started the house extensions and loft space conversion and complete re-modelling / refurbish and modernisation toward the end of July 2014.

There are two separate single story extensions being built. Both extensions will have flat roofs with large built in light lanterns to provide plenty of natural light.
The first extension takes the existing lounge out into the back garden, with doors leading out to a patio area. The study at the front of the house is knocked through, to create a large lounge from the front to back.
The second extension links a detached swimming pool house in the garden, to the house. The new building creates a gym, accessed through the kitchen diner.

We opened up the roof, installed new structural supports and dormer windows.
The loft conversion creates a brand new bedroom, en-suite bathroom and kids snug. A bespoke staircases leads up from the entrance hall to first floor landing and up to the loft.

External renovations:
We demolished the front porch, moving the doorway to the right rebuilt the porch blending seamlessly with the original brickwork and replaced all the windows.
Internal work:
Completely remodeled and modernized the whole house, installing new kitchen, bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom.
