We built this house extension to a six bedroom family home in Sunningdale, Berks right on the boarder with Chobham, Surrey. Construction June 2013 – Sept 2013
A single storey, ground floor extension to accommodate large kitchen / dinner and family open plan living / entertainment space, with full width bi-fold doors leading out to back garden. The extension has a flat roof with a large bespoke sky lantern right in the centre to add natural light to the room.
Single storey side extension to the front of house creates an enlarged utility room with side access to back and front gardens.
