October 2012 – February 2013 six bedroom family home, a timber frame house construction, in Wentworth Surrey.

The timber frame company erected the wooden structure of the building on our foundations and we layed all the brickwork, in cluding chimneys and chimney breasts.

The development includes six bedrooms with bathrooms, shower rooms, all ensuite. There is a large loft room with built in dormer windows, bedroom bathroom, cinema room and boiler cupboards.

Downstairs; A large kitchen dinner and utility / boot room, cloakrooms, entrance hall leading to several living rooms a study and self contained annex over the triple garage.

The house ihas all the modern systems you might expect these days. Heating and lighting systems are all programmed and controlled by a computer system. You can set individual room temperature and mood lighting from the main control panel.
Heating and hot water system includes four boilers in total, two hot water storage tanks, two water capacitors. The result means, even with every hot water tape and shower in the house on full blast, the temperature and pressure remains constant.
