This ground floor house extension in a quite cul-de-sac in Sunningdale, includes a brand new kitchen, large dining and family living area with bi-fold doors to the rear plus a downstairs cloakroom and utility room. Timescale: End July 2013 – early October 2013.
We demolished existing conservatory, excavated foundations for the extension, knocked out and completely removed two thirds of the downstairs supporting rear walls, installed structural steel beams to support upstairs.
The house extension has a flat roof with a large built in sky lantern over the kitchen.
In addition: We tiled the patio.
