Completed in December 2020 This large family home was completely refurbished and remodelled beyond recognition inside and out (scroll down page to see build).

The finished building project took just over a year to construct and delivers a fully  refurbished modern family home.
A large floor to roof-line pitch entrance hall welcomes and, a  fully bespoke cantilever staircase leads to 5 bedrooms, all en-suite plus, one comunal bathroom / shower room on the first floor.
The top floor / loft, houses a cinema / games room with shower room and one further bedroom.
Downstaris, the right wing of the property there is a large party room with a bar looking out to the back garden, a large kitchen diner, two utility rooms, a cloakroom for guests, a snug, sitting room, study and lounge / sitting room.
Front / side wing hosts a large tripple fronted garage and a fully equipped mechanical workshop. A gym sits above the garage with access from the main house or ground level via the side entrance with access to the gym via side stairwell.

The Build from the begining – August 2019

You might be mistaken for thinking we relocated to the hills of Cadiz however, we are working on a Spanish style house situated in Wentworth, Surrey.

There are big plans for this family home !
The house is going to change beyond recognition with the exterior / facade given a modern new look with lots of glass. We remove and rebuild the roof to create a massive loft space accommodation. Plus, there are several extensions to the structure front, back and sides.
The whole interior is being totally remodeled, refurbished and modernized including the existing indoor swimming pool.

October 2019
At this stage of the building works, we removed the front fascia of the house to install glass front with balcony. We installed over 140 steel structural support beams to support floors and internal structure / layout. We knocked down walls and re positioned building new walls in place to create new living spaces and reshaped window apertures. The new roof living space is being built above the main structure of house.
And the indoor swimming pool has been filled in with all the building debris from the site thus, saving time and money. The pool area becomes a games / entertainment / party room.
