House extension builders in South Ascot Berkshire
We built this house extension and loft space conversion to a family home, situated down a quiet little cul de sac / lane in South Ascot Berks. The build commenced in July 2014 and completed by March 2015.
The building works turned a comfortable four bedroom family home into a six bedroom home with new bathrooms some en-suites bathroom / shower.
Extension construction: Two storey elevation to the right of house, creates extra bedroom bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen / family lounge / dining and living space. A single story extension on the side has a utility / boot room with access to the gardens.
Roof and loft space: we replaced the entire roof and its structure covering the house and the new two story extension to the side. The loft space accommodates two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (commandeered by the kids). The roof space has seven dormer windows in total (front and rear) so, there is plenty of light. We installed a bespoke wooden staircase from ground floor entrance hall all the way up to the top floor loft space.
The family lived in house throughout the building work and are now enjoying their living accommodation, modern open plan living and entertainment space.
