The homeowners wanted to create a large open space for family living and entertainment with a new kitchen, lounge and dining looking out over the garden.
The extension has a shallow pitched roof, large sliding patio doors centre and Bi-fold doors back and side of the dining area. The open plan living space, kitchen, furnishings and finishings planned with the services of local interior designer.
Outdoors: Hard wood decking boardwalk back and side of extension with steps and retaining walls to the garden.
