House building and refurbishment building contractors in Englefield Green Surrey
We began work on this four bedroom family home towards the end of 2025 and we are scheduled to complete in May 2026.
At this stage we built and extended both sides of the house at the rear of the property where we built each side of an existing off set T shaped extension to create a three gable two story extension right across to rear.
We added a brand new ground floor extension, this will house the home gym which opens out to the swimming pool and patio area.
In addition:
The house has a new roof with a fully insulated loft space. The external walls have been rendered with a specialist textured coat and all the double glazed windows installed.
Inside we completely opened up the building downstairs by knocking out internal walls and installed a network of structural beams to create a large kitchen diner, utility room and cloakroom / WC.
With all first fix electrics and plumbing and insulation taken care of and most of the plastering complete, we are nealy ready to start decorating throughout. And, so the kitchen instalation can begin soon.
The downstairs layout includes two more large rooms in the left hand side extension, living room and cinema / TV room.
Upstairs there are five bedrooms, four with en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom off the landing at the top of the stairs. The fifth bedroom (master bedroom) inhabits the right hand side extension from front to back.
