The house build took approximately three months to complete which, included a two storey extension to the side of the property and ground floor extension to the rear and an extension of existing loft conversion.

The specialist loft space conversion created an extra bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Two new dormer windows were built into the roof to match the ones in the house next door.

Downstairs, the house extension increased the floor space, extending the lounge and kitchen out back. A new kitchen fitted in the extension with sky lights built in to the pitched roof.

The side extension created a new entrance hall, staircase, downstairs toilet and hall way with access to kitchen, study, dinning room and lounge.

We then decorated the whole property and laid new wooden flooring throughout the ground floor excluding the kitchen and utility room which had tiled floors.

The external look of the house extension blends seamless to the original building and neighbouring property using reclaimed materials. New windows were fitted throughout the whole house.
