This property is a four bedroom house, two en-suite plus family bathroom, situated in a quiet private estate on the boarder of Chobham and Sunningdale.

We started building the house extension build and loft space conversion toward the end of July 2014.

At this stage, the foundations at the back of the house are in and we can start building. There are two separate single story extensions going up. Both these extensions will have flat roofs with large built in light lanterns  to provide plenty of natural light.

The first extension takes the existing lounge out into the back garden, with doors leading out to a patio area. The study at the front of the house is knocked through, to create a large lounge from the front to back.

The second extension links a detached swimming pool house in the garden, to the house. The new building creates a gym, accessed through the kitchen diner.

To the front of the house we opened up the roof and installed structural steel beams. Once the steels are secure and signed off, we open up the back of the roof and construct the dormer windows.

The loft conversion creates a brand new bedroom and en-suite bathroom. A new staircases connects to the landing on the first floor of the house.

House renovation and refurbishment

External renovation: We are to demolish the front porch, moving the doorway to the right. We rebuild the porch to blend seamless with the original brickwork. We replace all the windows to match throughout.

Internal: The interior of the house is being completely remodeled and modernized, including kitchen, bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom.
