This large house extension on a five bedroom detached family home in South Ascot is currently under construction ( January 2016).

The plans are to strip the whole building out, including kitchen and bathrooms, dig up the concrete floors downstairs to install under floor heating.

The extension to the right of the house will bring the main house in line with the triple garage. The extension is a full three stories, including roof space.

The roof line above the garage is  being raised to meet the new house extension. The self contained flat above the garage is being extended within that roof space.     A new ground floor entrance to the flat is being built with staircase leading to it.

The main house loft space is being converted into another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a cinema and games room with a flat roof with several glass atriums created by a large glass sky lanterns.

The build is scheduled approximately six months.

March 2016

We installed a new staircase to the loft and converted the space into a cinema / games room with no windows. Light floods in through two large sky lanterns and a set of French doors with Juliet balcony at the end of a snug to the rear.

We demolished the single story room to the right of the building and building a two story extension. The newly created roof space connects with the converted loft room of the main building to provide a large bedroom, dressing room and bathroom.

Front of house, the garage and flat above are now joined to the main house with both internal access. The flat also has an independent entrance hall from the ground, next to the garage.
