House extension builders in south Ascot Berkshire
This large 5 bedroom family home situated in a very popular road in South Ascot was extended by Sunningdale homes. Building work began in late2016. Since building the extension, a full length side elevation and loft coversion, we completely refirbished and modernised the main property, installed new windows and heating system. We also built a garage extension with self contained flat above with kitchen and entrance lobby on the ground floor.
The building work is now complete (August 2018) offering 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Plus some of bedrooms have walkin wardrobes / dressing rooms.
The large loftspace conversion is lite by two sky lanterns, velux windows and French doors with Juliet balcony. The loft serves as a games / cinema room plus bedroom en-suite.
An interior designer, sourced the bespoke kitchen and bathrooms, dressing rooms staircase, light fittings and soft furnishings from all over the world.
Under construction (October 2016) the build is now complete and the family are moving in.
Building Construction phase
The interior of the property has been stripped from top to toe and refurbishment begun with installation of underfloor heating, re-wiring, plumbing and re-modelling. The planned project includes bespoke, designer kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and staircases.
The front extension to the right of the house joins the triple garage and appartment above. Another extension to the rear, a three stories elevation completes / joins the full length loft space conversion with first floor access to the self contained flat above the garage. The flat has a seperate ground floor entrance loby and a staircase leading up to it.
The main house loft space conversion creates a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom, cinema and games room. The loft-room has a flat roof section with large glass atriums / sky lanterns. In addition, there is a cosy snug with Juliet balcony and French doors to the rear.
Whilst all the major building construction is now complete, we are waiting for the property owners to finalise the finer details with their interior design company and materials to arrive from overseas. 10.03.2017.
