We have extended a number of houses in the Ascot area just like this one. The houses were built with the same materials and to the similar specification by a local builder / property developer circa 1980s.
Under construction January 2018 this 5 bedroom family home situated in a quiet cul de sac in Ascot is under going a full refurbishment coupled with a two story side extension and loft space conversion.
The extension creates a large kitchen / dining area with seperate ultility room and a a bedroom / en-suite right above.
The whole roof is being removed and replace with a brand new roof structure to accommadate two bedrooms / en-suite bathrooms and games / cinema room.
A bespoke saircase leads from entrance hall right up to the loft space accomadation.
Many of the existing bedrooms will get an upgrade to include en-suite.
When the house extension is complete, towards the end of the year, it will look something like the house in the photo below.
