Built in summer 2016, this house extension turned out to be an excellent addition to a very nice victorian three bedroom detached cottage, tucked away somewhere in Sunningdale.
The extension bridges the gap between the old cottage and a more recent brick built double garage. The extension adds an extra bedroom and bathroom above the porch and entrance hall.
The porch entrance opens in to a hall with cloakroom, from the hall you access the new family kitchen dinner and / or the extended family lounge, part of a single story extension to the left of front porch.
In addition: The loft space above the garage was converted to become an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom, accessed via the landing from main extension.
